Karil’s will give you the best DPS but it gets pricey since the bolt racks aren’t saved by Ava’s devices. MSB with rune arrows are better than RCB but slightly worse than Karil’s, but rune arrows work with Ava’s. Wait for blowpipe tbh. Honest question. I just can't tell why. When I asked on how to upgrade from my b dhide top some clan members told me to buy arma/karil's. Now, arma is wayyy to expansive for me, so I looked up Karil's. The offensive stats on it are the same as dhide. Melee def stats are worse. It does have better mage def and 2 more range def which both are meh.

The massive range (10 squares vs rcb 7 vs karil 8) is really nice to have and the thing is pretty damn accurate (100 vs rcb 90 and karils 84) with decent damage splats (78 range str vs karils 55 and rcb addy bolts 100/mith 82). Black d hide is even more op for its price, but karils isn't exactly expensive. Karils skirt is like 2m and black dhide is 8k. Black dhide has better melee defense where as Karils has slightly better range and mage defense by around 15% in terms of numbers. The cost difference between black dhide and Karils is 99.6%.I only use prayer on Dharok, Karil, and Ahrim and I kill them in that order at the start. The other three I tank. I take off my plate body and legs when I mage dharok and Karil for higher mage accuracy, then bring a range gear switch for Ahrim.
